Positive: The villa was extremely spacious and every bedroom upstairs had an en-suite. The villa looked like it had been recently decorated and was very clean. Emre was always at the end of the phone helping with any queries we had. The customer service we received was exceptional. I'd definitely book here again. The pool was a generous size and the outside space was kept clean and tidy.

Negative: The Sunbed and outside furniture was uncomfortable as there were no cushions. I think it's possibly due to Covid but as the villa was so luxurious, I feel the outside let it down slightly. It would be worth the owners purchasing cushions for the sunbeds that could be hosed down daily and cushions for the outdoor furniture.

Summary: Overall a beautiful place to stay with excellent customer service. Nothing was too much trouble for Emre.
