The house is located directly on the sea. (5min to the beach) The house is situated on the edge of small, quiet fishing village of Tuzla. The site offers including three beaches, nice restaurants, two kl. Grocery stores, a large supermarket, a fishmonger and Sundays a weekly market. The water quality in the area is excellent. Here it is quiet and ideal for families. A bus brings in the 25km distant port city of Bodrum or in the typical old Turkish town Milas. The golf course is approximately 5km away. there are ca15km airport. The house is equipped with a kitchen (gas stove, dishwasher, espresso coffee machine, fridge freezer), music player, Internet, washing machine; simply everything that you need in order to feel comfortable. On the ground floor the large living kitchen area with open fireplace, sofa, dining table, where you have access to the 18 sqm large terrace. From here you have a fantastic sea view. On the terrace, a dining table is with chairs, there is a BBQ grill and a hammock invites you to relax. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The bedroom with double bed, air conditioning and a small balcony overlooking the sea, from where you can enjoy the beautiful sunrise. The guest room with 2 single beds and a fitted wardrobe. Before the house is a small, delimited garden with breakfast table. them is an English contact person available who can offer advice in all areas and can give you advice on site. Not included in the rental price: airport transfer, child care, car rental, you can also pamper yourself with the best Turkish cuisine on the terrace
