Positive: Enjoyed friendly staff (especially Guest Relations and Çiğdem at the lobby bar), solution oriented employees when concerns/issues arose, multiple areas to explore, very clean, great à la carte fish restaurant for lunch, variety of beverages at the bars overlooking the sea and buffet w many delicious food options.

Negative: The offerings on hotel application did not match what was actually available, especially at the main bars. The pool was too cold and should be heated during chillier weather. Some areas of the grounds could use better maintenance. The steakhouse could do better at not overcooking the meats. The Drifters show wasn’t entertaining.
