This adorable 3 bedroom house is located on 2 acres with a beautiful view of Watauga Lake! Centrally located, it's a half mile from the Butler Trading Post, Bayview Marina public boat ramp, Maddie Moe's pizza, Butler Museum, and Butler Fitness Center. Bring your swim suits, yard games and grillin' skills. Enjoy sunset dinners on the patio, surrounded by the majestic mountains of the Blue Ridge.
This property is in a peaceful agricultural neighborhood populated by locals. Watauga Lake can be accessed by a 3 minute walk down the road, or by either of the marinas within a mile of the house. There is a large front and back yard, as well as a wooded area to explore. The front porch is a secluded place to have a private moment away from the family, while the large back porch sports a couch and 3 tables for gathering with the group, with an incredible Watauga Lake sunset view. All three bedrooms have queen beds, and one room has a twin trundle bed for extra accommodation. Access all your favorite streaming services from the brand new smart TV in the living area for movie night. Everything you need to make a meal (minus the groceries!) can be found in the kitchen. Kiddos (and playful grownups) can bounce their wiggles out on the full sized trampoline in the front yard.
