We love the spaciousness and quiet of being away from the main road, but close enough to get to the local town and beach area. Is perfect place for bird watching or reading and relaxing in the hammock. Our pool is refreshing all hours of the day and is nestled in the garden. There is a covered outdoor bar area a bit away from the house. The house is spacious, with comfortable beds, everything you need in the kitchen is there.

Summary: Beautiful spot: nice location halfway between Montezuma and Santa Teresa (will be even better when they finish the road construction!). Great variety of wildlife which we just loved seeing from under the veranda while sipping our coffee. Kitchen was well stocked and clean. Grateful for the AC in the main room to help us get acclimatized to CR!We would have appreciated a house manual with eat out suggestions, and other local details. We found out quite by accident that there is a nice little local bakery literally a on2 minute walk from the house!!! Something unusual in our many rentals: no way to communicate directly with the property owners whose names are not even mentioned in the listing.
