Our rental summer villa consists of 3 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and 2 bathrooms and can accommodate a total of 6 people. This holiday villa with a private pool (65 m2) is furnished with all the necessary items to provide your comfort, and there are garden furniture and a camellia on the terrace and in the garden. Ground floor: Large living room, Kitchen with all the tools and equipment, dining area, 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom and a large poolside terrace with panoramic nature view that will increase your holiday pleasure even more while sipping your drink or coffee. Upper floor: There is 1 Bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. This bedroom has a double bed. There is a terrace with nature view exiting our room, and there is also an air-conditioned room on this area with several sports equipment and a work desk. There is air conditioning, hot water, wide screen LCD TV/satellite broadcasting, refrigerator, deep freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, stove, oven, microwave, iron and board, complete kitchen equipment, dining table and group, balcony table and group, barbecue and sun lounger in all rooms and living room of your villa. There is a parking lot for 2 cars and also a generator right behind the villa. Note: 300 kW of electricity is included in the weekly fee. Usage above this is calculated according to Aydem prices and is collected from the damage deposit.
