Main house has 3 private bedrooms and 1 queen bed in lower level lounge area-to sleep up to 8 with 3 full bathrooms. Guest house has 1 bedroom on lower level w bathroom. This huge bedroom has 2 queen beds and the upper level great room has a comfy sleeper sofa- guesthouse sleeps a total of 6 guests.
