This newly built 2-bedroom seaside villa is situated near Bodrum in the gated community of Zergel Kent. Enjoy alfresco dining outside in our outdoor terrace, complete with a dining table that seats six. The perfect place to take in the views of the Aegean Sea at your leisure.
The villa contains 2 bedrooms located upstairs. Unpack your luggage in the spacious built-in cupboards and take your rest in the master bedroom, stretched out on the double bed. Other guests can make use of the second bedroom, which contains two single beds. Both bedrooms have access to the upstairs bathroom with walk in shower. Downstairs, relax on the living room sofa which can be converted to a bed for extra sleeping space or an afternoon nap.
The villa comes with AC through-out. The downstairs living area adjoins the fully fitted open kitchen which contains modern appliances, including a dishwasher and washing machine - everything you require for a self catering holiday. Visit the local fruit and vegetable markets - products are fresh and grown locally, ranging from wild herbs to oranges and mushrooms. You can prepare yourself a Mediterranean feast.
Benefit from the community facilities including a restaurant. Take the free, private bus to the seaside where you can relax in the sun chairs, cool off in the rock pool or swim in the sea. The adjacent beach is very family friendly - it is quite shallow near the shore. The sea is very still in the morning, with gentle waves in the afternoon. There is a restaurant for refreshments and there is also a Foosball and air-hockey table.
Both the beach and the sea-side are a 20 minute walk away, for those who wish to stretch their legs.
Enjoy the scenic 50 minute bus trip to Bodrum to take in all the city has to offer. The road weaves along the coast with views of the endless blue of the Aegean Sea. A bus stop is situated 200m from your door.
Boat tours to secluded bays can be organized from the local fishing village of Bogazici.
The villa is a short 15 minutes’ drive from the Milas-Bodrum International airport. You can take a taxi (approximately 90 TL) or rent a car. Parking is provided at the Villa.
