Summary: There were no lifts, the food was very bland and not to a good standard. If im paying for an all-inclusive and theres no traditional fast food places nearby, id at least expect the food they serve to be nice but it wasnt. our toilet seat was broken and we were not provided with duvets or even a kettle for the room. Also, the staff couldnt really speak english which caused a few communication issues. On a room service day, our room was not cleaned. There was only one iron in the entire hotel at the front desk. Our rooms had mini-fridges which smelled bad and didnt work, so we couldnt use it. However the rooms themselves were not bad.
