Summary: Well where do I start? There was no welcome of any sort. No one was fluent in English so everything was said many times without understanding. No one is there to help but to tell you off. I was called by the hotel reception at 01:30 in morning to come and pick up my bag from the reception that was delivered by airlines as it was lost. I asked to keep it there or send it to my room with a bellboy but the receptionist threatened me that he would not send anyone and not put it in a safe place and that I had to come and pick it up myself. I came to pick up half clothed and half asleep when this receptionist asked me to wait for good 30mins before he spoke to me and refused to give me his name or designation. He tried to tell me that he has been working for a long time and that I should have respected that. I complained in the morning but never received any apologies from him. The guest relations lady and the business manager are the only two nice people I met, but that did not make up for all the rest of staff. No one greets you or even bothers to ask if you need anything. Every single time at meals it was a struggle to get hold of cutlery. After getting that there was limited variety of food and it was below average in quality and taste. Most of the things finished before reaching to them and it was never refilled. The staff would just bluntly say we dont have it. You will find TIP BOX on every corner without service. Not recommended.
