By walking 4-5 minutes to Karaköy you can take tram and go to Hagia Sofia, Topkapı Palace, Sultan Ahmet Mosque and Grand Bazaar Area... The metro is two hundered meter which is just two minutes walking distance.
The nearest metro station is Şişhane (200m), which gives you easy access to the all parts of Istanbul.
