Positive: Exceptional view with a spacious private balcony and an infinity pool looking into the sunset. The property is clean and well maitained. It's far enough away from the road to escape traffic noise but high enough that you can still hear the ocean. The road leading up to it is fine - I did it in a Nissan Kicks.
