Summary: Drinks were bad. I would think for an upscale hotel the drinks would not be from oversweetened mixes. No music at all at pools which is very strange and made the hotel very boring and low energy. Rooms were nice and clean. Male staff member used a key to walk into our room after knocking. We still dont know why.
