With 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, and 3 decks overlooking the private pool and beautiful beach, there is plenty of space for socializing and siestas.
The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a convenient washer and dryer. The entry ramp makes bringing in coolers, strollers, wheelchairs and luggage a breeze! Additionally, this home features a unique loft, perfect for extra sleeping space, a kid-friendly hide out after a day of fun in the sun, or a quiet place to get away from it all. The spacious living room has plenty of comfortable seating for the whole family and provides the perfect spot for game night, watching movies, or the big game on the large flat-screen TV. The additional living/dining area features vaulted wood ceilings, dining table, and a cozy couch tucked away near the sunroom for the book worm of the family.
The spacious master bedroom offers a king bed, flat-screen TV, large walk-in closet and private, full bath attached. The second bedroom has a queen bed, flat-screen TV, and is attached to full shared bathroom with large walk-in shower that also is accessible from living area. The third bedroom is furnished with a full bed and twin trundle pullout, along with another flat-screen TV for entertainment. Additional sleeping options include a pull out sofa, as well as a twin day bed and two twin pallet beds available in the upstairs loft.
The enclosed sunroom with cozy recliners and rocking chairs overlooks the pool and is great for anyone that wants to enjoy the sunshine, while escaping the elements any time of year. The outdoor area features an expansive deck with several different levels and seating options, including a spacious outdoor dining area inside the screened in porch. The multi-level roof top deck with ocean views is perfect for stargazing or sipping your favorite beverage or morning coffee. The turf area in front of the pool provides the ultimate spot for cornhole and outdoor games. This home is located just a short walk to the beach access, across a one-way, quiet street. Ample parking is available for multiple vehicles on both sides of the house, and you will enjoy the privacy provided by the gorgeous trees and Maritime forests surrounding the property on both sides. Bring your dog to the beach to enjoy the fun in the sand with you. Remember to have them on a leash at all times and be sure to read the City of Folly Beach pet rules that are posted on the refrigerator.
Surf N Turf has everything you'll need to lay back and enjoy your next Folly Beach getaway. The home is strictly non-smoking and requires a full week Saturday to Saturday rental during the summer season. Home is pet-friendly with a $125 non-refundable pet fee plus tax, per pet.
