Centrally located in Kill Devil Hills, this pet-friendly, three-bedroom, 3-and-1-half bath condo is perfect for long or short stays! Mai Tai offers convenience, comfort, and proximity to all the best bars, restaurants, attractions, and beaches in the Outer Banks!
Mai Tai allows for outstanding sunset viewing and a chilled-out vacation. Cook up something hot on the gas grill, soak in the hot tub, and and/or relax in the shade on one of the porch. The second level of this property is where you will spend the most time. Enjoy an open floor plan concept which includes a comfy living area, full modern kitchen, a dining table for everyone, access to the deck, and a half bathroom.
When it's time to head to bed, take your pick from the three En Suites! All guests will enjoy having their own bathroom. On the second level is a beautiful King En Suite as well as a Pyramid Bunk En Suite (Twin over Full). For the most fortunate of the group, head on up to the third level and enjoy the Queen En Suite with Two Queen Beds which has the entire level to itself.
Guests can enjoy access to the community pool that has both a lazy river and a splash pad, easy beach access that is a short drive from the property, and sunset views from the sound front community pier. Launch kayaks, bottom fish, or take in the surroundings while visiting this area.
Guests can explore the area and nearby attractions including the Wright Brothers National Monument, the historic Bodie Island Lighthouse, Roanoke Island Festival Park, and easy day trips to Hatteras Island, Duck, and Corolla.
Mai Tai is pet-friendly, so there is no need to leave your pooch at home! For a small one-time fee of $135, you can bring up to two dogs to our pet-friendly property. No cats or other animals, dogs only.
This property has 3 parking spots for guests: one in the driveway, one in the garage, and one designated overflow spot. (Guests are permitted access to the garage.) Please note that there are also several first-come, first-served visitor parking spots.
**Private outdoor community pools and/or waterpark play areas are available, weather permitting, beginning on weekends only (Friday to Sunday) May 3 to May 19. Beginning May 24, the pool will be open daily and close on September 30 for the season. Please know that pool operating dates are subject to change at any point, for any reason.**
**Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6 p.m. on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days.**
Check-In begins at 4PM. Your keyless entry code will begin granting access at this time.
