3 Bedroom Condo in Morehead City, Beaufort
Please look at the new pictures of my condo (and favorite place on earth) following a 6 month renovation project due to Hurricane Florence! This condo has a completely new kitchen with custom cabinets, granite countertops and all new appliances. There is fresh paint, new carpet in all bedrooms and new hardwood floors throughout. And did I mention there are incredible water views from every room, including all three bedrooms?!!
Located between the seaside towns of Morehead City and Beaufort, the condo is in a private, gated condominium and marina community, offering a picturesque place to rest, relax and enjoy the Crystal Coast of North Carolina. Located on the sixth floor, our corner unit has amazing 270 degree views of the Beaufort harbor, the intercostal waterways, Taylor's Creek and Atlantic Ocean. On our expansive wrap around balcony, you can watch the dolphins feeding, see the famous Shackleford ponies grazing on Carrot Island, spot a sea turtle, see the birds soaring at eye lever and enjoy continuous boat traffic between Beaufort's harbor and the intercoastal waterways.
The amenities include a salt water pool, hot tub, beach access, and a marina. Travel and Leisure magazine has voted Beaufort, NC as America's favorite beach town (2014), #1 favorite small town (2015) and America's most romantic town (2016).
There are so many fabulous restaurants in the area. I am listing a few of my personal favorites: Beaufort- Front Street Grill at Stillwater, City Kitchen and Beaufort Grocery. In Morehead City - Ruddy Duck Tavern, Red Fish Grill, Full Circle Cafe are close by and Ioanni's Grill, which is a casual sports bar on Hwy 70.
