2 Bedrooms, 2 baths villa located on the first fairway of the very lush golf course. Recently remodeled kitchen, master bathroom, and guest bathroom. The kitchen has solid wood cabinets with granite counter tops, new cooktop with oven and new refrigerator. The new bar area includes two bar stools for inside eating. The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils necessary for your cooking needs. Both bathrooms have solid wood cabinets with granite counter tops. The master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable queen size bed and closet space for all your clothing the attached master bath has a large walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and a nice size closet. The front porch is fully screened and is furnished with a beautiful dining set and comfortable sitting area. The back porch with views of the private pool and gold course also has a dining set and two wood chaise lounges. The thatch roof rancho has excellent views of the golf course and seasonal creek. There is comfortable seating in the rancho and also has a hammock for the ultimate relaxing afternoon after your swim. Los delfines has a great beach that is just a short walk along the brick paved roads. The large grassy area has many trees for those looking for some shade after sunning on the public loungers while enjoying the ocean views. Los delfines has several green areas that provides habitat for many different types of wildlife. You will see many different types of birds, including the protected scarlet macaws, hummingbirds, deer, iguanas, lizards, and even small foxes. You can rent bicycles, scooters, or an ATV at the Los Delfines clubhouse. See Isabella for your local transportation fun in the sun. Economical tours are readily available and almost all will provide door-to-door service. Want to ride horses on the beach, no problem, they will meet you with the horses at our beach and want to snorkel, scuba dive, or fish, its really easy, they pick you up at los delfines! We have a small convenience store, restaurant, community lap pool, and golf course all within a couple of minute walk from my villa. Check-in 3:00 pm, check-out 11:00 am, please inquire for earlier check-in or later check-out.
