Just steps outside the condo lies an expansive, flat, park-like lawn space that quickly approaches the lake and courtesy day docks for all those quick lake recreational excursions. Not all building locations and lake access are equal. This condo has southern exposure resulting in gorgeous sunrises and moonrises over the mountain ridge line that glisten off the water. More importantly, we are on the less boat-trafficked side of the peninsula without large community docks or marina encroachment directly adjacent to the shoreline. This condo building, in particular, boasts some of the most level land, an incredibly short walking distance between two sandy beaches, resulting in the perfect location for lap swimming, dock diving, laying out, lawn yoga, bocce ball, paddleboarding, tubing, or you name it.
