This Village Landing home has completed a complete kitchen and living room renovation as of Summer 2020. The property has multi-level outdoor living areas with stunning marsh-front views and perfect for sunsets. You'll find an Outer Banks necessity with the outdoor shower located under the condo, and 30' of dock space directly behind the home for your boat or jet skis!
The main-level has an open concept living, cooking, and dining area with beautifully upgraded kitchen. This space offers a great place to relax with your furry friends before taking part in a world-class fishing charter, spending the day at the beach, or to unwinding after a well-spent day enjoying our neighborhood's amenities, including pool, tennis courts, fitness center, and miles of lighted dock. Windows cover the back of the home as well, allowing the views to be enjoyed whether inside or outside. Deck on this level is furnished and perfect for enjoying a meal outside.
The home has four bedrooms, sleeping a total of 12 people. The 1st Master bedroom, located on the top floor, offers a King bed, en-suite bathroom, and access to private deck. The 2nd bedroom located on the landing between the main floor and top floor holds 2 Bunk beds. The 3rd bedroom is on the main level holds a Pyramid Bunk (King on bottom, Twin on top) with additional Twin trundle. The 2nd Master bedroom on the 1st level has a Queen bed and offers en-suite bathroom. Bonus room holds a Double bed.
Amenities include 5 TVs (living room and each bedroom), high-speed WiFi, covered deck with furniture, ceiling fans, books, board games, puzzles, gas grill, enclosed outdoor shower, outdoor storage, and covered parking. Property is a short distance from Ship's Store, on-site restaurant (BlueWater Grill), neighborhood pool, tennis courts and clubhouse. This property is perfect for renting a golf cart or bikes for easier access to amenities. Stunning views of preservation land (marsh) and canal. Parking for 4 vehicles maximum and the home is non-smoking. 1 parking spot is covered and can be used for your boat or jet-ski trailer (If the trailer does not fit in the covered spot, it must be stored off-site for an additional fee). Turn-day is Sunday from May 1st to September 30th with partials allowed during non-peak season (3 night minimum).
