Casa Verano features three spacious bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, offering ultimate comfort and privacy. The sleeping arrangements include:

Additional Sleeping Space: A semi-private area adjacent to the kitchen with a double bed, leading to the third bedroom.

The fully stocked kitchen is spacious and well-equipped, perfect for hosting dinner parties or family meals. A mezzanine in the living area offers an ideal space for yoga or meditation, where guests can unwind to the sounds of Costa Rica’s natural symphony.
ON THE OUTSIDE
The expansive outdoor terrace is the heart of the home, featuring a large dining area beneath a covered overhang—perfect for enjoying meals al fresco. The terrace leads to a stunning pool deck with an infinity pool and a smaller soaking pool (please note: the soaking pool is not heated). Unwind in true Pura Vida style as you take in the breathtaking sunsets and tranquil surroundings.
Kindly note that the ceiling fan on the outdoor patio is currently non-functional.

Nestled in the prestigious Vista Royal gated community, Casa Verano offers unparalleled privacy and security with spectacular ocean views. While this serene location is set apart from the bustle, it remains within driving distance of multiple beaches:
Garza Beach – 10-minute drive
Guiones Beach – 25-minute drive
Samara Beach – 30-minute drive
Pelada Beach – 35-minute drive
Because of its elevated setting, a vehicle is required to access nearby beaches, restaurants, and markets. We highly recommend a 4x4 vehicle for better clearance and traction, as the roads can be rough and unsuitable for low-clearance cars.

LOCAL QUIRKS – IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THIS AREA OF COSTA RICA
While Costa Rica's infrastructure is steadily improving, it's important to note that some things are beyond our control. During your stay, you may experience occasional dust, bugs, and power, water, or internet outages. These are common in the area and part of the experience of immersing yourself in a different country and culture.
If staying connected is essential during your visit, we recommend looking into internet data plans available through your cellular provider. Additionally, please be aware that Playa Guiones, Playa Pelada, and surrounding areas of Nosara are rapidly growing communities, which means construction noise may be present between 6 a.m. and 5 p.m. We make every effort to keep our guests informed about ongoing construction that may impact their stay, but unfortunately, we do not always receive advance notice of new projects.
Regarding plumbing, please note that the septic system in Nosara does not allow toilet paper to be flushed (with a few exceptions). We kindly ask that you adhere to this guideline during your stay.
We are committed to providing the best possible experience, but we want to ensure that all guests are aware of these local quirks before booking. Refunds and concessions will not be provided for the above-mentioned issues, as they are beyond the control of the homeowner and property manager. We want to ensure that your stay in Nosara is safe and enjoyable. Like many beach communities, petty theft can occasionally be an issue in the area. Your safety and peace of mind are our top priorities, so we kindly ask that you take the following precautions during your stay:
Always keep doors and windows locked when you're away from the property and at night. If your sliding doors or windows have security bars, please ensure they are in place. If you cannot find the bars, contact us as soon as possible.
Never leave valuables or personal items unattended when you leave the house, including electronics, identification, and anything else of apparent value.
Do not leave valuables in your car while you’re out, and avoid leaving anything on your front or back patios unattended.
If your property has a security alarm, always set it when you leave, even for short periods of time.
While a security guard is not included with your rental, we can arrange for one upon request. If you'd like to hire a security guard for part or all of your stay, please let us know during the booking process and specify the hours you'd like covered.
Please be aware that, even with these precautions in place, theft can still occur in Nosara. Rent Nosara, the homeowner, and the property manager are not responsible for any loss of items due to theft.
