Casa Colibri is a beautiful two-story, 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home (250 square meters / 2,700 sq. ft.), created with genuine care and thoughtful design so it feels like a real home—not just a rental. On the first floor, you'll find a spacious, fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living room with a full bathroom. Large glass doors open to breathtaking ocean views, allowing you to enjoy the scenery while cooking or reading a book. Step outside to a covered patio and an infinite pool with absolutely stunning views. The second-floor features three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have king-size beds, while the middle room includes two futon sofas that convert into twin-XL beds, suitable for both adults and children. Every room offers stunning views, with the master bedroom overlooking a lush nature preserve. Each room is equipped with its own A/C unit, ceiling fan, built-in closet, and security safe. The second floor also includes a dedicated workstation with a printer.
