(Chimney came down and replaced with French doors) Large fully equipped eat-in kitchen and attached dining room. We have a game room with another tv and air hockey table. Also a master BR on the 1st floor with queen size bed featuring sliding glass doors to the deck, and a full bath. Laundry facilities are on the first floor.
Upstairs are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with 2 bunk beds (twin/twin and twin/full), as well as a full bathroom.
The home has everything you'd want for fun on the water: a private boat dock with swim ladder, backyard space to play lawn games, and an expansive deck for just relaxing and enjoying the views.
