Each of the four bedrooms is a private retreat, featuring plush bedding and luxurious linens. Upstairs you'll find two more plush sleeping areas, each with a Queen bed, TV, and a bath shared between them. Downstairs is a room with two sets of built in twin-over-full bunk beds. Black Diamond at Eagles Nest has four bedrooms and one additional private sleeping space. Sleeping accommodations:
Main Level: King bedroom with private ensuite bath
Upper Level: Two bedrooms each with Queen bed and shared bath; enclosable loft with Queen sleeper sofa
Lower Level: Bedroom with two sets of full/full built in bunk beds and hallway bathroom.
**Please note that a new home is being built on a nearby lot. Construction may be ongoing Mon-Sat, 7am-7pm**

Guest do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.
Additional Notes:
- This home is pet friendly for a max of two (2) mature, well-trained dogs each under 40lb. Dog rent is $25/nt per dog. Animals other than dogs are not permitted.
- The owner of this home uses exterior security cameras to ensure their home remains safe. Cameras are not indoors and are not trained on the hot tub, fireplace, or firepit areas outside.
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
- The summer concerts are open to all guests however there is an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
- 4WD required for winter months.

- All Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious amenities
- Please note that the community of Eagles Nest has construction going on. Due to how sound travels, during weekdays you may hear heavy vehicles traveling on the development's roads, including at the neighboring lots.
