An exceptionally great value for the location especially for the rates we charge but our building is older and they have their little quirks. Also, sometimes I am out of town so even though 9/10 I can handle guest requests remotely there are occasionally things I just can't tend to. If you are a savvy traveler who appreciates a great value for your dollar you will love this place. But due to changes w/ my career I am unable to accommodate high maintenance travelers.

This unit has had some recent upgrades and is a contact project for us. We have other units in the same location for a slightly higher rate that are more "established". This unit includes most items you would need for a comfortable short stay.
