Casa Caricaco is a brand-new beachfront home that epitomizes the term “barefoot luxury living”. This stunning contemporary architecture jewel sits in a 1.5-acre sandy piece of paradise right in the center of Santa Teresa.
No other house in the area seats so close to the water; literally 30 steps from the high tide line. You will be fascinated by the deafening sound of the Pacific Ocean waves crashing next to you.
Our home features a large pool, 4 bedrooms/5 bathrooms, an open space living area with comfortable lounge seating, a dining table for 14 guests, and a fully equipped kitchen with top of the line appliances. All bedrooms and living spaces have an amazing ocean view and direct access to the beach.
Each of the two master bedrooms has a king size bed plus a day bed perfect for a child. One of the secondary bedrooms has two queen size beds, and the other has a queen bed and two twin beds. All bedrooms have a large en-suite bathroom with double sinks and upscale toiletries.
The spacious outdoor terrace around the pool is the perfect place to enjoy the refreshing sea breeze while lounging in our sunbathing chairs and enjoying your favorite drink and music...
This unique property is located in the heart of Santa Teresa and is buffered from the hustle and bustle of town by a pristine forest of “pochote” and “Almendro” trees. You can easily walk to restaurants, bars, grocery stores, surfshops, etc, or just chill in the peacefulness of your home. You will be “in the middle of everything” but will feel “away from it all”.
