This is a perfect cozy retreat for those wanting to enjoy relaxing after a long day of golf! Our home is nestled in a quaint, quiet neighborhood just over the GA/SC state line. We are minutes from the hustle & bustle of Augusta during golf week, close to downtown Augusta and are in the middle of the small town of North Augusta. The open floor plan houses a fully stocked kitchen with a large island that is perfect for cooking, entertaining and hanging out. Three bedrooms are on the primary level including the master suite with a king bed, walk-in shower & separate tub. The other two bedrooms on the primary level share a Jack and Jill bathroom and include one queen bed & one double. The fourth bedroom is located upstairs with its own private bathroom. The sunroom area off of the kitchen can be converted into a fifth bedroom if needed. Our back porch provides a welcoming wooded view of the North Augusta Greenway. This walking trail is the perfect place to get out & enjoy nature or take a stroll with your morning cup of coffee.
