Welcome to Seafin Shores Beachouse…a picture perfect family friendly home at the Jersey Shore! This modern coastal home was built in 2024 with 5 bedrooms, 4 baths, and 3 levels of decks for entertaining. Linens included! Beach block home is walking distance to the ocean, boardwalk, sunset bay beach, children’s playground and outdoor workout park! We are located on the quieter north end of Seaside Heights, a few blocks from the quaint town of Ortley Beach, or a short stroll down the block to the entertaining Seaside boardwalk fun and Carousel Pavillion. This is a corner home with natural light throughout and views of the bay, ocean and amusements! This rental is great for families! Must be 28+ years old to rent.
Parking for two cars (garage and driveway) with parking permit for third. Additional free or metered parking on the street.
The first floor has a spacious open floor plan, great for entertaining, games, conversation and laughs! There is a queen bedroom on this main floor, with an additional twin sleeper chair. This floor has a full bathroom with a shower. Well equipped kitchen! Stocked with a Keurig coffee machine, regular coffee maker, oven with griddle, top-of-the-line appliances, air fryer, slow cooker and many more kitchen essentials. Counter seating for 4 and table seating for 8. There is a large living room with sectional offering plenty of room for all to sit, a 65” TV, and sliding doors to a balcony with four rocking chairs.
The second floor offers 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has 2 Bunk Beds which sleeps 4 comfortably. There is a full bathroom with a shower/tub. The second bedroom is the primary bedroom with a king-sized bed, an en suite bathroom with a shower and double vanity, and a spacious walk-in closet. There is also a twin sized sleeper chair. Enjoy the balcony off of this room while relaxing in the lounge chairs or double hammock, breathing in the salty sea air.
The third-floor has another spacious bedroom with a queen sized bed and a fifth bedroom/sunroom equipped with a queen sized pull out couch with an upgraded memory foam queen mattress. This room is perfect for entertaining inside and out as this room is equipped with large rooftop sundeck, tv, and refrigerator! There is a full bathroom with a shower on this floor as well. Enjoy the views of the bayside sunsets and ocean sunrises from the rooftop, as well as the firework display and Ferris wheel lights.
Bed Linens included!! Additional amenities include a fenced in back patio with an outdoor shower and changing area, BBQ gas grill, 6 Seaside Heights Beach Badges, 6 beach chairs for your convenience as well as a beach tent, boogie boards, and 5 beach cruisers and 2 kids bikes for leisurely rides along the island.
For those with young children and babies, we have a pack n play available as well as a baby monitor with two separate cameras if needed!
