If you are looking for a peaceful retreat tucked away in a quiet neighbourhood, look no further than this modern one bedroom apartment. Modest interior decorated in shades of blues and greys with marble and wooden accents this spacious apartment is everything you are looking for on your upcoming trip to Dubai. The enclosed kitchen is equipped with everything you may need to prepare your meals at home, there is also a bay window with shutters that can be closed should you wish to separate the kitchen altogether. In the large shared dining and living space you will find a sleek dining table set for four which you can enjoy your meals upon. Relax after a busy day on the L shaped sofa and watch some TV before another day exploring. The living area opens onto a long balcony that stretches to the bedroom, sip on your morning coffee admiring the community views or catch the sunset. In the bedroom you will find an oversized bed fitted with Key Views Signature linen that is so soft and cosy you will struggle getting up in the morning. The bedroom has an en suite bathroom and plenty of wardrobe space. All bathrooms are modern and sleek Key Views fluffy towels and hotel grade amenities. There is a small storage room in the passage which is ideal storing away bigger items like suitcases.
The community also features a swimming pool, gymnasium, beautiful landscaped gardens and one on site parking.

The apartment does not benefit from daily housekeeping, however additional cleaning can be arranged for a fixed fee with 24 hours notice upon request. It is a self contained apartment, we provide you with a starter pack of toiletries, please note consumables such as cooking condiments, cleaning products, additional toiletries are not provided. There is high speed WiFi throughout the apartment with average speeds of 250mbps.

House rules include respecting the neighbours, furniture and no Parties whatsoever. Smoking allowed only on the outside terrace. Adherence to Dubai laws and regulations at all times.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).

Please note the included cleaning fee is for the apartment to be cleaned after your stay. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged for an additional fee.
The refundable security deposit is 1500 AED.

The Deposit will be collected up to 72 hours prior the check in date. The deposit will be refunded 7-14 days after checkout, subject to a damage inspection of the property.

We require copies of all guests passports who are staying in the property (we require this in order to register your stay with Dubai Tourism (DTCM) and the building management).

A valid visa is also required as per the law of the UAE to stay in Dubai, if your visa is not valid then you will not be able to check in to your apartment.
