Our home features a master bedroom with master bath, a second master bedroom with bathroom plus two additional bedrooms and an additional family room for the kids. The home is immaculately kept and completely updated with tasteful coastal décor, it includes a well-equipped kitchen for those who like to cook and a rooftop deck with 360 degree views. Other features include central air conditioning, full size washer and dryer, two car garage, outdoor shower, flat screen TVs, cable, wifi and a video gaming system. There’s a shady deck off the dining room-living room-kitchen area with a new BBQ and eating area. Six complimentary beach badges and beach chairs are included with your rental. Our home is located on a quiet street with direct beach access and within walking distance to restaurants, ice cream shop, bagel and coffee shop, and entertainment. Also, our home is a quick ride to Bay Village, Fantasy Island and everything else Beach Haven offers. This is our home away from home; we are willing to share it with those who are over the age of 25 and will treat our home as you would your own. No parties, no smoking, no pets.
