Built High on the hillside above Kalkan gives this property the most stunning panoramic sea views, and includes heated pool in low season Located in foothills of the Taurus Mountains, on the hillside above Kalkan, this spacious 4 bedroom villa has two double and two twin bedrooms and a capacity of eight guests.
The villa enjoys totally breath taking panoramic views across Kalkan Bay to the islands and beyond. Its peaceful location makes it an ideal choice for those guests wanting to relax in peace and quiet, and still be close enough to easily enjoy all the resort has to offer
The ground floor comprises of a spacious open plan kitchen / dining / lounge area, which opens directly on to the massive patio area. There are plenty of seating groups, sun loungers, parasols, shady dining area, stone-built BBQ, and table tennis on the patio - really all the necessary facilities to maximize our guests stay with us ! The pool itself is 8 x 4 metres and 1.55 metres deep. The pool can be heated to a temperature of 23-27 degrees during the months of April, May and October for an extra 1500 Turkish Lire per day Payable in cash on arrival at the villa..
On the first floor there are a double bedroom and a twin bedroom which share a large balcony, with spectacular views out to sea, and another twin bedroom towards the rear of the villa. The double bedroom on this floor has an en-suite bathroom , whist the twin bedrooms have the use of communal bathrooms. On the top floor there is the master bedroom, which opens onto a large roof terrace, and has an en-suite bathroom and a jacuzzi, from which the sea views can also be enjoyed.
The property is air-conditioned throughout, wi-fi internet and a garage. It would be essential for guests staying here to have the use of a vehicle due to the remote nature of the location and the steepness of the approach road to the villa. The nearest grocers shop is some 1 - 1.5 km from the villa, and the centre of Kalkan is 3.5 km away.
