The brand new villa is located in the peaceful village of Üzümlü, some 10 km for the sophisticated resort town of Kalkan. Totally obscured from outside it provides a very spacious and relaxing environment, particularly for those guests who desire a high degree of privacy, be it for religious or other reasons. The accommodation itself is on two levels. On the ground floor there is a large lounge / kitchen / dining area, which open onto the pool terrace, and a communal w.c. These areas have been beautifully furnished in a modern contemporary style to provide a stylish and comfortable environment for our guests. On the upper floor there is one double and one twin bedroom, both with balconies, LED televisions, and state of the art en-suite bathrooms. In addition the double bedroom has luxurious large jacuzzi for guests to enjoy. The outdoor space is enormous , with lots of different areas including sunbathing, dining ,a hammock, a gazebo and most luxuriously a circular outdoor jacuzzi. The main pool dimensions are 9 x 4 metres, depth 1.5 metres, and the childrens pool is 2 x2 metres and has a depth of 60 cm. There is parking space for 2 vehicles and a wi-fi internet connection. There are free delivery services provided by local grocers and restaurants for guests staying in this property. This is an ideal choice for small families and honeymoon couple who wish to spend their holiday in a peaceful relaxing environment.
